Shipping Policy

All items are made to order - especially for you!

Please allow 1-2 working days for prints, and up to 5-7 working days for clothing orders to be processed and dispatched by Bumbleberry Park.

You will receive an email to notify you when your order is on it's way.

Please note that all orders are shipped together in one parcel.

Therefore, if you have a mix of clothing and print items, they'll be shipped together within the longer processing time. Please place separate orders if you would like print items to be shipped sooner.

Our shipping provider is currently Royal Mail, this is subject to change at any time for the purposes of fulfilling orders.

Orders with standard shipping will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class with delivery expected within 2-3 working days.

Need it sooner? Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Please allow extra time for delivery during busy seasonal periods. We are unable to be responsible for third parties and any delays experienced in delivery.

Processing times may be extended during busy periods. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Returns Policy

We really do hope that you love your order as much as we love sending it to you, although we understand that sometimes things don’t always work out quite as hoped.

  • Please note that we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any bespoke, personalised items, or gift cards - these have been made especially for you.

  • If you change your mind, you can return non-personalised items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please contact us at to let us know that you're returning your item, and include your order number and name to enable us to contact you to confirm our returns address.

  • Please note that you are responsible for the item until its safe arrival back at the studio.

  • All items must be returned new, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging, where applicable.

  • Please note that original and return postage costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for any returns packages.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Faulty or damaged items

We design and package all of our orders with love and care, yet if an item should arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know via email within 48 hours of receipt to and we will be happy to
look to replace this for you.

  • If we are not informed within this time, we may be unable to help.

  • Please send a photograph of the damage to the item and packaging to us to enable us to follow this up with the delivery service, we’d really like to make sure delivery is top quality for our customers.

Lost parcels

If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 working days in the UK, please let us know via email at and we can look into this with the delivery service provider.

If we haven’t been notified within that time period, we may be unable to resend goods or offer a refund.
